Job Description
We are looking for a customer service representative. This person will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer/accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. We are looking for someone who is self-reliant with a strong work ethic and an eye for quality that can take an idea and run with it.
You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of internal operational efficiency and for delivering superior customer & vendor service. Cost-effective execution of orders that will be prepared and shipped meeting our clients' standards.
The successful candidate for this role will support all operations related processes and evaluate individual customer's issues, identifying unique and innovative solutions. This person will be well trained in systems and product knowledge that can be crucial for offering quick and accurate assistance to operation issues and process improvement.
Responsibilities of the Ideal Candidate:
- Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work-related tasks in a manner that follows all company policies and procedures.
- Order entry
- Offer our customers solutions with the highest level of communication
- Answer customer calls assist with product inquiries, price quotes, transit time, order status, returns, order tracking and invoice payments.
- Reply to customers e-mail inquiries
- Oversee daily maintenance of preferred customer accounts.
- Answer and field inbound calls
- Order office supplies
- Assist with placing orders, refunds, cancellations, returns, and more
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, emails, live chats, and social media
- Help customers identify and resolve any issues with their order
- Record customer interaction, details of inquiries, complaints, comments as well as actions taken
- Coordinate with management, and team members to ensure any issues are resolved
- Utilize computer technology to manage incoming chats
- Navigate Marketplace accounts
- Train new staff members and provide support during onboarding process.
- Analyze and improve processes where needed to stay ahead of the workload.
- Purchase Order processing, tracking and vendor follow up
- Order fulfillment, scheduling, and tracking shipments
· Supporting Manager with daily office operations
· Participates in special projects and performs other duties as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
